Ingredients For SUJI CUTLET RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Heat one cup of water in a pan.
  • 2. Add 1/2 cup suji, salt, and 1 tsp oil and mix well.
  • 3. Stir continuously till mixture leaveS the side of the pan.
  • 4. Once cooled, add capsicum, carrot, green chilly, coriander leaves, boiled and mashed potato and rice flour and mix well.
  • 5. Divide the suji mixture into six parts.
  • 6. To make a flat patties of medium thickness.
  • 7. Coat them with sesame seeds.
  • 8. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 9. Fry the cutlet golden and crispy.
  • 10. Serve hot with tea.
