1. If you don't prefer all-purpose flour, then you can omit it completely or replace it with wheat flour or any other flour of your choice. 2. In place of kalongi, you can add carom seeds or cumin seeds also.

Methods
  • 1. Mix suji flour and all purpose flour in a bowl.
  • 2. Add kalonji, salt and 2tbsp oil to it and mix well.
  • 3. Then add water and knead together to make a dough.
  • 4. Make balls and roll with a rolling pin to flatten it.
  • 5. Cut into strips or diamond shapes.
  • 6. Heat oil for deep frying the nimkis.
  • 7. Fry till crispy golden brown. Serve it with tea.
