First add oil in pan heat add jeera hing and turmeric powder then add boiled mashed aloo chilli powder jeera powder salt chat masala and mix well. Then add raw onions pomegranate and give it a mix.

Lastly add coriander for garnish and keep aside.

Heat a tawa add ghee then put a bread over it and toast on both sides first. Now spread the aloo mixture evenly add ghee over it and flip and roast on slow flame.

Now slowly take it off the tawa after flipping. Serve with salted cucumber and lemon.
