1.
Boil noodles in 2 cups of water. Drain and wash with cold water and keep aside.

In a pan heat oil and add ginger- garlic and green chili. Saute for a second. Add chopped onions and saute on high flame for 1 minute.

Add chopped vegetables and cook on medium flame. Add salt, red chilly powder, black pepper powder, and mix. Add 3 cup of water and boil for 5 minutes.

In a bowl mix corn flour in 1/2 cup of water and add this in pan and mix. Add soy sauce and tomato sauce and mix. Add cooked noodles and mix every thing well.
5.
Cook for another 2 minutes on high flame. Remove from heat and serve hot garnish with coriander leaves and tomato sauce.
