1.
In a pressure cooker add chopped tomatoes, beetroot, carrot, onion and garlic cloves. Add 1 glass of water and close the lid. Cook for 3-4 whistles.

Remove from heat and wait for the pressure to come down on its own . Blend the cooked Veggies Until puree.

Strain it through a sieve. Heat a pan add tomatoes-beetroot puree . Add salt and pepper powder and boil.

Let it boil until it's thick in consistency. Remove from heat and serve hot adding with croutons.
