Ingredients For Tomato Dosai (Tomato Dosa) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash & soak the rice varieties, dal, red chillies & fennel seeds together for about 2 hours. Grind it to a smooth batter along with tomato & salt.
  • 2. Let the batter ferment for about 2 hours. Mix together curry leaves & make thin dosas in the dosa pan.
  • 3. Serve hot with chutney, sambar.
