Tomato Soup Recipe

This soup made of tomatoes and carrots is very tasty. I have not added any kind of corn floor or cream to it. It is healthy, it increases our appetite. Drinking hot soup in winter season is good for health.

Ingredients For Tomato Soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel the garlic, cut the carrots into pieces. Heat water in a pan. Add the tomatoes, carrots and garlic and cook till two to three boils. Let it cool down completely. Remove the tomato skin.
  • 2. Put tomatoes, carrots and garlic in a mixer jar and grind them finely.
  • 3. Heat the butter in a pan, add cumin seeds.
  • 4. When the cumin seeds turn brown, add ground tomatoes. Mix it well. Add salt and pepper to it. Add water as required and cook on low heat.
  • 5. Turn off the gas when the soup is cooked. Remove it in the serving bowl. Garnish it by adding green coriander leaves and butter. Hot soup is ready. Serve it immediately.
