Ingredients For Veg Cheese Sandwich Recipe

Methods
  • 1. To prepare sandwich filling, add all the veggies in a bowl.
  • 2. Then add in some salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala and tomato sauce.
  • 3. Mix all the ingredients and keep it ready to use.
  • 4. Take 2 bread slices and apply butter on one side of bread slices.
  • 5. On the other side, spread some ketchup on one bread slice and some green chutney on the other one.
  • 6. Place a cheese slice on top and sprinkle some chaat masala and black pepper powder. Place 2 tomato / onion slices on top.
  • 7. Close the sandwich with buttered side on top. Place them on a grill rack and cook them on grill mode for 2 minutes.
  • 8. After 2 minutes, flip them over and grill for another 2 minutes.
  • 9. Crunchy grilled veg sandwiches are ready.
