Methods
  • 1. First take a pan add in the oil, and all chopped veggies and saute it until soft and semi cooked.
  • 2. Then add in the seasonings, soy sauce, vinegar and combine them well.
  • 3. Now pour in the water, followed by dissolved cornflour.
  • 4. Now let it boil, until the soup acquires the desired consistency.
  • 5. Then heat some oil in a wok, and add in the noodles to fry.
  • 6. Serve the soup with some fried noodles.
