Ingredients For Veg Pasta With Bechamel Sauce Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil carrot, peas . Separate vegetables from water. Keep aside.
  • 2. Heat butter in a pan. Add garlic and onion. Saute it for 3-4 minutes. Add chopped capsicum. Cook it until it becomes soft.
  • 3. Add all purpose flour. Mix it well. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low medium heat. Add boiled vegetables. Mix it and saute.
  • 4. Add milk. Stir continuesly. Cook it on low heat. Slowly sauce starts thicken. Add salt, pepper and oregano.
  • 5. Add pasta . Stir well so that the white sauce coats the vegetables and pasta. Switch off the flame.
  • 6. Serve it hot.
