Methods
  • 1. Heat the ghee in cooker,add cumin seeds and whole spices
  • 2. Then add onion, ginger garlic paste and all vegetables and saute it
  • 3. Add salt, mint leaves, garam masala, pavbhaji masala,soaked rice and 3 cup water
  • 4. Cover the lid and cook for 2 whistles
  • 5. Served hot when cooked
