Methods
  • 1. Using a food processor roughly chop the chick peas onions, coriander and mint to a semi coarse mixture and not too smooth.
  • 2. Using a bowl mix in the rest of the ingredients. Make small round shaped kababs or patties.
  • 3. Using a fry pan, pan fry the kebabs using 2 tbsps of oil till crisp and browned on both sides. Serve hot.
