Methods
  • 1. Take a parat then add wheat flour,kasuri methi, turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt,2 tsp oil and give it a nice mix.
  • 2. Now add water gradually and knead a dough. Then keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Now make small equal size balls out of it.
  • 4. Roll these balls and make mathris..Then heat oil in kadhai and deep fry all mathris till golden brown in colour at medium flame.
  • 5. Wheat flour methi mathris are ready to serve.
