Ingredients For Whole wheat flour masala mathri Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all add all the spices in the wheat flour and mix it.
  • 2. Now add oil to it and mix with palm for apply moyan.
  • 3. Now knead a soft dough with water and keep it covered for 30 minutes.
  • 4. Now make 3 equal balls out of it. And roll out 1 inch thick roti from 1 ball. And pierce it with a fork so that the mathri does not swell.
  • 5. Now cut round shape with the help of cookie cutter or any round lid.
  • 6. Similarly make all the mathris and deep fry them in oil till they become golden and crispy.
