Methods
  • 1. In a bowl, take grated paneer,to that add grated cheese
  • 2. Next to this add hung curd ,chopped coriander and mix all well with hands
  • 3. Then add garam masala, salt to taste, red chili powder, chopped coriander, chopped dry fruit, ginger garlic paste.
  • 4. To this add refined flour, lastly mix all well
  • 5. Now from this dough make kebabs with hands
  • 6. In a plate, take bread crumbs and coat this kebab with bread kebab
  • 7. In a pan, take oil for shallow fry and heat it well
  • 8. Then shallow fry this kebab from both sides till golden
  • 9. Serve hot with catchup , chutney
