Ingredients For Aalo Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boiled potatoes and grated it amd added all above spices n lemon juice n sugar in it.
  • 2. Add finely chopped onions and coriander leaves.
  • 3. Mixed well and make lemon size balls from this stuffing..
  • 4. Take a large bowl and add flour n oil n salt to taste..
  • 5. Knacking dough soft like Roti or paratha.
  • 6. Take a small portion and rolling it nicely n put stuffing ball between and covered it and roll again.
  • 7. Heat tava and roasted paratha n apply butter on it.
  • 8. Served hot with curd n chutney.
