Ingredients For Aalu Poha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak the poha for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Chop all the vegetables.
  • 3. Heat oil, add mustard seeds. When it starts crackle add potato. Fry it for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Add onion, curry leaves and green chilli . Cook it on low medium heat till potato becomes soft.
  • 5. Add salt , turmeric and red chilli powder. Mix it.
  • 6. Add soaked poha , sugar and chopped coriander leaves.
  • 7. Mix it well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice. Mix it well.
  • 8. Serve hot with sev , lemon and chopped onion.
