Potato sandwich is very tasty to eat. It is very easy to create it. It can be served in breakfast, in kids tiffin or with evening tea. Very little material is required to make it.

To make potato masala, take boiled potatoes. Add chopped onion, salt, chilli, dry coriander, garam masala to it and mix. Also add chopped coriander and green chilies.

Take a slice of bread, Spread green chutney on it.

Spread the potato mixture on the other slice. Cover it with the chutney bread and press lightly with your hand.

Put butter on the pan and heat it. Place the sandwich on it. Spread butter on the other side also.
5.
Toast it on both the sides till it becomes crisp. Remove from the pan, cut the sandwich and serve hot with green chutney.
