Ingredients For Almond shrikhand in halwa cups

Methods
  • 1. For shrikhand add blanched and peeled almonds in a jar, add sugar and blend till combined.
  • 2. Add Hung curd, almond essence, saffron strands. and mix well, refrigerate till 1 hour.
  • 3. For halwa add ghee in patili, saute green cardamom, slightly roast chopped nuts.
  • 4. Add khoya with 1/2 cup of milk and cook till moisture dries.
  • 5. In another patili add peeled and grated bottle gourd with 1 cup of milk.
  • 6. Add sugar and above prepared mixture. Cook till ghee leaves its sides.
  • 7. Let it cool completely, in liner arrange halwa in all sides, press to make liner cup shape.
  • 8. Freez for 30 minutes. Then remove from liner very carefully.
  • 9. Now our halwa cups are ready, fill cups with almond shrikhand , garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
