Ingredients For Aloo paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bow add flour salt and ajwain mix it well.add water and knead dough as regular roti dough.kee on rest for 10-15 min
  • 2. Keep kadai on medium flame add oil add cumin seeds add chopped onion and fry it.add cutted green chillies and mix it well
  • 3. Add karri patta and turmuric powder and mix it.now add mashed potato add salt and mix it well.niw add chopped coriander leaves and mix it now get off from flame let it get cool
  • 4. Take a dough divide into equal portion make balls of it.keep tawa on medium flame .take 1 ball make katori of it fill 2-3 spoon potato mixture and seal it again
  • 5. Now spread some flour on board spread it by hand now flatten it slowly by roller
  • 6. Put on tawa and bake it from both side till get golden by applying ghee
  • 7. Serve hot with curd or achar
