Ingredients For Aloo puttu Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Pressure cooker the pototoes in enough amount of water on medium flame
  • 2. After 1or2 whistles switch off the stove and release the pressure and strain the water Allow the boiled pototoes to cool
  • 3. Peel the skin of the boiled potatoes and cut them into large pieces
  • 4. Take a pan and heat it . Add oil , once get heat add mustard , cuminseeds
  • 5. Add chopped onions , green chilli fry them Thn add turmeric powder
  • 6. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well
  • 7. Now add chopped boiled pototoes and fry them
  • 8. Add chillipowder, salt , andMix well
  • 9. Fry fr sometime . Once evrything mixed well allow it cook fr few seconds
  • 10. Add coriander powder and mix again
  • 11. Once evrything cooked well add chopped coriander leaves.
  • 12. That’s all delicious spicy aluuu puttu is ready
  • 13. Serve it with hot hot Puri
