  • 1. Lets make salsa first. Greese the tomatoes ,chillies and garlic pods with oil and roast it on gas by flipping it now and then until u get a smoky aroma
  • 2. cool it and deskin the tomatoes ,garlic and churn it with chopper by adding coriander leaves and salt.
  • 3. our salsa is ready
  • 4. Lets make dough for puri.take a bowl,add whole wheat flour, maize flour,fenugreek leaves,grated potato,salt,turmeric powder,coriander cumin powder,nigella seeds and form a hard dough..If needed,you can add water but very little.
  • 5. apply oil and knead for 2 min.
  • 6. roll puris and fry in hot oil.
  • 7. Hot Alu Puris with Salsa is ready to serve.
