Ingredients For Baati Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix wheat flour, salt, carom seeds and oil. Knead a hard dough with the help of lukewarm water.
  • 2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Make balls of the dough of equal sizes.
  • 3. Press the dough ball in the centre.
  • 4. Bake at 200°c for 10-15 minutes. Take out of oven and dip it in the ghee. Then take out.
  • 5. Serve hot with panchmel daal or churma.
