Hello foodies. Today I am going to share authentic Rajasthani Tikkad with twist. This is kind of Indian bread. This is very healthy and made from mix flour.

Ingredients For Masala Tikkad Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mashed potatoe in mixing bowl.
  • 2. Add all flour like wheat, bajari, maiz and gram.
  • 3. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and turmeric powder.
  • 4. Add ghee and mix well. Now gradually add water and knead semi soft dough.
  • 5. Cover it and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • 6. Take medium size ball from dough and flatten out in semi thick Puri.
  • 7. Put this Puri on hot tawa and sprinkle all vegetables like Onion, garlic, green chilli, tomatoe and coriander leaves. Gently press it. Roast with 2 to 3 minutes or change colour.
  • 8. Flip the side and roast with ghee. Our Tikkad is ready to serve.
