Ingredients For BANANA OATS CUTLET RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Boil the raw banana and potatoes in a pressure cooker with one cup of water.
  • 2. Once cooled,remove the skin of the banana and potatoes and mash it.
  • 3. Take a blender make the powder of the oats.
  • 4. Dry roast the peanuts and crush it.
  • 5. Take a large bowl add all the above listed ingredients except poppy seeds and mix well.
  • 6. Divide the dough into balls.
  • 7. Make flat patties of medium thickness.
  • 8. Coat them with poppy seeds.
  • 9. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlet from both the sides.
  • 10. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
