  • 2. Add mixed sprouts, onion, tomato, red chilli powder, black salt, chat masala, salt and green chutney. Mix well
  • 3. Arrange puris on a plate. Top it with barley mixture on each puri.
  • 4. Add tamarind chutney and sev .
