Ingredients For Beans moong sabji recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pan, heat oil for tempering, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to it.
  • 2. When the seeds start crackling, add the chopped onions.
  • 3. When the onions turns pinkish, add all the dry masalas (asafoetida, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander and cumin seeds powder, garam masala and salt.
  • 4. Now add chilli-ginger-garlic paste and cook for a while, soaked moong dal and chopped french beans.
  • 5. Mix everything properly and add water as required.
  • 6. Cover it and cook till done. Serve the veggie with rotis or parathas.
