Ingredients For Sunflower Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add flour, salt, oil and turmeric to give yellow colour to sunflower. Now gradually add water and knead dough well.
  • 2. Now take a pan, add 2-3 spoons oil and allow it to heat. Now add jeera, asafoetida, ginger chilli garlic paste and saute well.
  • 3. After adding all masalas followed by mashed potato, mix well and allow to cook for a while.
  • 4. Now take out 3 balls from dough and make 3 chapatis from 1 chapati cut ½ inch strips.
  • 5. Now take 2nd chapati and cut out circle from it with the help of bowl.
  • 6. Now take 3rd chapati and put stuffing on it leave ½ inch distance from sides. Now arrange strips on the filling and outer Circle of chapati..
  • 7. Now make cuts on edge of paratha.make petals with the help of thumb and finger. Sunflower paratha recipe step 6 photo
  • 8. Now put oil in the tawa and roast at low flame to make it crispy from outside and yummy from inside. Now sunflower paratha is ready to serve with curd.
  • 9. Adding turmeric in paratha dough gives yellow colour of sunflower to paratha and turmeric is good for health.
