This is my innovative recipe which I have prepared because of my son was not eating Veggies...this way if one give Veggies kids will never refuse to eat.

Ingredients For Vegetables Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all take a mixing bowl and add sooji and flour to it. Now add curd and mix it thoroughly well.
  • 2. Now add water if required and keep it aside for 10 minutes and cover with lid.
  • 3. Now add salt and ginger chilli garlic paste and mix well now it's time for temperIng.
  • 4. Take 2 tsp oil and heat it,after that add mustard seed,sesame seed, asafoetida and curry leaves.Now pour this on batter.Mix batter well.
  • 5. Now divide batter into three parts.
  • 6. To the first part add grated carrot and mix well in second part add crushed corn only,now in third part add all green veggies given above.
  • 7. Now, take a pan add 1 spoon oil and pour green batter and cover the lid. Cook it for 10-15 minutes,after cooking remove lid and cool down it.
  • 8. Now pour white batter and cook it for same.Now apply 2 spoons burger Mayo and spread. After spreading is put.
  • 9. After spreading it put white layer on it. After that pour carrot batter in pan and cook it,
  • 10. After cooking cool and put on the white layer.Now three layered cake is ready.
  • 11. Ready.lets decorate it. apply white Mayo on top of the cake then serve with ketchup.
