Ingredients For Beetroot jowar Puri with aloo ki sabji recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all boil 2 bowls of water, add 1 bow of jowar flour, beetroot paste, salt.
  • 2. Mix it and keep aside for sometime.
  • 3. Now for aloo ki sabji, heat mustard oil in a kadai.
  • 4. Add mustard seeds, hing, red chilli whole. Saute.
  • 5. Then add diced potatoes and cook it till soft.
  • 6. Now add tomato paste, dry masala and Salt.
  • 7. Mix it well and add water. Cook for sometime.
  • 8. Add crushed kasuri methi. Aloo ki sabji with gravy is ready.
  • 9. Now knead the jowar atta nicely. Rest the dough for sometime.
  • 10. Take small balls of dough, Roll these into puris, deep fry. Serve this puris with aloo ki sabzi
