Ingredients For Besan Masala Roti Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a large bowl add gram flour,wheat flour,one tbsp oil,salt,red chilly powder,coriander powder,kasuri methi,asafoetida and salt and mix well.
  • 2. Use minimum water to make a dough
  • 3. Cover with muslin cloth.
  • 4. Keep aside for 30 mins.
  • 5. Divide the dough into equal size ball.
  • 6. Roll out paratha.
  • 7. Place the paratha over the hot tawa,as soon as look like brown.
  • 8. Flip over and cook on the other side till brown.
  • 9. Grease the oil and serve hot.
