Ingredients For BESAN OATS DHOKLA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast the oats and make a powder. Take a large bowl combine besan rava,oats powder,curd,lemon juice,salt,sugar and oil and one cup of water.
  • 2. Keep aside for 15 minutes .Add eno fruit salt in the dhokla mixture just before making dhokla and mix well. Pour the batter in a greased plate and steam for ten minutes.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan,add rai/black mustard seeds once it gets crackled and then add the curry leaves,sesame seeds,sugar and green chilly and also add 1/2 cup of water and bring to boil.Pour it over the dhokla and cut in to cubes.Enjoy oats besan dhokla .
