Sesame which is widely used in China here is a recipe with my touch of sesame cakes made there .. They are made in bite sizes piece traditionally. This cake is with my healthy touch to it.
1) roast the sesame on low flame till it splutters. 2) Note how to grease the mould : first put one layer of oil and spread evenly then dust some cocoa powder on the oil and dab it with brush then pour the batter into the mould this is help prevent the batter from sticking and also give a nice chocolate smell to the cake.
