Ingredients For Bonda Soup

Methods
  • 1. Grind urad dal, add ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, salt, pepper, coriander and grated coconut.
  • 2. Now heat the oil in a pan and fry it in medium flame.
  • 3. Add salt, 1 teaspoon oil, turmeric, tomato, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 green chili chopped and water to the washed moong dal and cook it in the cooker.
  • 4. Now heat a little oil and add mustard seeds, cumin,hing and curry leaves to the dal
  • 5. Add coriander,grated coconut, lemon juice and a little water and boil it, now put the bonda in a plate, put this dal soup and serve onion and green coriander
