Ingredients For Bread Tadka With Dry Fruits Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a wok heat oil. Fry cashew and almonds on low heat. Remove it in a plate.
  • 2. In same wok add asafoetida, mustard and cumin seeds. When cumin becomes brown add green chilli, curry leaves and onion. Saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3. Add tomato , salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Now add boiled potatoes. Saute for 1 minute. Add sugar , bread pieces and coriander leaves. Mix it well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add fried dry fruits and raisins.
  • 5. Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice.
  • 6. Transfer it in serving plates. Serve hot.
