Ingredients For Broccoli in Makhni Gravy Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the cashews in water for half hour. Parboil the broccoli. Keep it in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes and then remove it. Drain the water.
  • 2. To make onion paste, Keep the diced onion into boiling water for about 6-7 minutes or till it softens. Then remove the water.
  • 3. Let it cool down a bit and then grind it in a mixer jar.
  • 4. Transfer the chopped tomatoes, garlic, green chilli and ginger paste and soaked cashews to a mixer jar and make a paste of it.
  • 5. Heat butter.add tomato paste to it and cook till oil seperates.
  • 6. Now add boiled onion paste, salt and cook for 2 minutes. Now we will add masalas-turneric powder, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder,and garam masala and saute it.
  • 7. Add parboiled broccoli to it, and cook for two more minutes.
  • 8. It's ready to serve.
