CAPSICUM BEET FUSION SWEET RECIPE

I have made a completely different type of sweet dish but it has slight hot taste also. It is a fusion sweet which has unique taste of sweet and hot . When you take a bite of this sweet...... your mind is prepared for taking sweet taste but you feel a thrilling taste of sweet mixed with dhania leaves and green chilli hot taste.

Ingredients For CAPSICUM BEET FUSION SWEET RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Cut the capsicum from middle and remove all the seeds from capsicum.
  • 2. Take water in a bowl and add sugar with it and boil it.
  • 3. Add two parts of capsicum in the sugar syrup for 15 mins .
  • 4. Remove the skin of beetroot and cut into small pieces and boil it mixed with water.
  • 5. When beet becomes cool down then make a paste of these beetroot mixed with one chilli,, dhania leaves and Jaggery powder.
  • 6. Now heat a non stick pan and give 2 spoons of ghee and then add the beetroot paste.
  • 7. Then stir well and add khoa kheer with it and mix well and stir continuously so that it will not burn.
  • 8. After some time add Elachi powder and mix it and then keep it in a bowl.
  • 9. Now add remaining 2 spoons of ghee on the non stick pan and place two half sugar coated capsicum on the pan.
  • 10. Fill up all the beetroot mixed khoa kheer stuff inside the capsicum and scatter the sesame upon it.
  • 11. Fry two capsicums slowly and after 5mins, the unique, delicious sweet dish.......... Capsicum Beet Fusion Sweet is now ready to serve
