1.
Boil and peel the potatoes. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry all Potatoes till they turn brown. Remove from oil and keep it in a plate.

In an another pan heat 2 tsp oil. Add cumin seed and hing. When its splutter add green chili and all spices and saute for a second.

Add fried potatoes and mix. Add salt and mix everything we'll so that the spices coat the potatoes. Saute for 1 minute on medium flame. Remove from heat and serve hot with tea or coffee.
