Ingredients For Chicken Lasagna Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a deep bottom pan, cook the lasagna sheets in boiling water. Drain water and keep aside.
  • 2. Take a non-stick pan, heat oil and sauté chopped onion and garlic. Add chicken, ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes and bell peppers.
  • 3. Mix properly with pasta sauce, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt. Cover and cook the chicken and vegetables for few minutes.
  • 4. Then add Italian seasoning, chopped coriander leaves and toss the mixture . Transfer it to a bowl.
  • 5. Pre-heat the oven at 180°C. Grease the baking dish.
  • 6. Layer one-third of the lasagna sheets in the bottom of the baking dish. Top with half of chicken mixture and one-third cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  • 7. Again repeat layers of one-third lasagna sheets and the remaining chicken mixture and one-third cheese and mozzarella cheese.
  • 8. Finish with the remaining lasagna sheets and cheese.
  • 9. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes until golden brown and the cheese melts. Garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!!
