Adjust the spices as per children. If you double fry the paneer it will become more crispy. Always fry paneer in hot oil.

Ingredients For Chilli Paneer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First marinate the paneer . Mix all the ingredients and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
  • 2. Now prepare slurry. Mix all the ingredients add water and make thick lump free batter.
  • 3. Heat oil in a wok. Coat the marinated paneer with slurry .
  • 4. Once the oil is very hot , deep fry coated paneer in 2-3 batches on medium high heat. Fry it until it becomes golden brown.
  • 5. Drain on a kitchen napkin.
  • 6. Heat oil in a wok or pan. Add chopped ginger , garlic and onion . Saute for 2-3 minutes on medium high heat. Add green chillis and capsicum.
  • 7. Now add all the sauces, salt, black pepper powder and vinegar. Add corn flour and 2tsp water in a bowl make lump free slurry. Mix it in sauce. Stir and saute on high flame .
  • 8. Turn off the flame , add fried paneer mix it well.
  • 9. Transfer it in a serving plate. Garnish with spring onions.
  • 10. Serve hot .
