Ingredients For Chilly Paneer Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl mix paneer cubes, salt, white pepper and 1 1/2 tbsp of cornflour.
  • 2. Fry the paneer cubes and keep it aside.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan for 2-3 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste. Cook till raw smell disappears on high flame.
  • 4. Add medium square pieces of capsicum and onions. Saute for a minute.
  • 5. Add vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup and red chilli sauce. Add fried paneer cubes and mix well
  • 6. Add little water and sauté on high flame till the gravy thickens.
  • 7. Garnish with chopped spring onion greens. Serve hot.
