Ingredients For Hakka Noodles Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil the noodles in a pan. Add salt and some oil to the boiling noodles.
  • 2. In case noodles become little sticky, drain the excess water then add cold water.
  • 3. Heat oil in a wok. Add grated ginger and garlic. Sauté them well till they turn golden brown in color.
  • 4. Add sliced onions and saute on high flame till it gets translucent.
  • 5. Add capsicum, cabbage and carrots. Stir fry for some time.
  • 6. Add salt, vinegar, soy sauce, ketchup, red chilli sauce and green chilli sauce. Mix them well.
  • 7. Add boiled noodles. Mix them thoroughly with the vegetables.
  • 8. Serve hot.
