1.
Clean the white chick peas and soak for atleast 8 hrs. Change water of chick peas and add fresh 4 cup water. Wash Bengal gram lentil and add with white soaked chick peas. Add salt to taste and few drops of refind oil. Put in a pressure cooker on a gas oven and let the pressure come.

After that reduce heat, keep flame medium for 25- 30 minutes. Off the gas oven and let the pressure normal. Separate water and boiled Chik peas. Put the boiled Chik peas in a kadai and keep it on gas oven on. Spread ginger slices, chilli slices, amchur, garam masala, kashmiri mirch powder.

Add chholey masala too. Keep the kadai for 5 minutes on a medium heat and stir slowly to mix well pouring remaining water slowly slowly in Chik peas. Heat oil in a tadka pan till till the oil become smokey. Put hot oil top of the white chick peas masala. Cover lid and keep it 2 minutes on low flame
4.
Serve on service bowl garnishing with ring onion. Serve with puri,kulcha, nun,puri and bature.
