The mixture should be very thick semi dough type for churros

Ingredients For Churros Ice cream Sandwich Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat butter in a pan with water, sugar and salt. Off flame after a boil. Add maida n give a quick mix. Heat the mixture for 2 minutes on low flame. Can add extra 1 tbsp water if needed.
  • 2. Fill the mixture in a piping bag and pipe large disc shape swirls.
  • 3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and then carefully remove them from butter paper. Deep fry till golden.
  • 4. Coat the deep fried churros over castor sugar and leave aside.
  • 5. Scoop some icecream in between 2 churros to make them look alike of a sandwich. Coat the sides with some colourful confetti.
  • 6. Serve immediately with chocolate sauce.
