In a bowl soak Turmarind in sufficient water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes mashed turmarind with the help of hand and make pulp.

In a mixer jar add pudina leaves, Turmarind pulp, salt, hing, Jaggery, black salt, green chili, ginger and cumin powder and grind it. Make a smooth paste like chutney.

Make small pieces of boiled potatoes. In a bowl add prepared pudina chutney And potatoes pieces. Mix well with spoon. Your chutney ke khatte mithe aaloo is ready to serve.
