Methods
  • 1. Boil potatoes. Peel and keep aside.
  • 2. In a bowl soak Turmarind in sufficient water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes mashed turmarind with the help of hand and make pulp.
  • 3. In a mixer jar add pudina leaves, Turmarind pulp, salt, hing, Jaggery, black salt, green chili, ginger and cumin powder and grind it. Make a smooth paste like chutney.
  • 4. Make small pieces of boiled potatoes. In a bowl add prepared pudina chutney And potatoes pieces. Mix well with spoon. Your chutney ke khatte mithe aaloo is ready to serve.
  • 5. Serve with poori Or pulao.
