Ingredients For Colocassia Roll Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix besan,salt, turmeric, black pepper powder,red chilli powder, Amchur powder,ginger garlic paste and cumin powder and add water little by little to make a thick paste .
  • 2. Spread 1 colocassia leaf and spread besan mixture over it . Then spread another leaf and repeat the process until 5-6 leaves.
  • 3. Fold the sides of the leaf firstly then with the help of besan mixture make a roll of leaves.
  • 4. Steam it for 15 minutes. Then let the roll cool down.
  • 5. Cut the roll in thickness of approx 4-5 inches. And deep fry it until golden brown.
  • 6. Sprinkle some Chaat masala over it and serve with hot cup of tea.
