Methods
  • 1. Wash and cut baby potatoes into small pieces.
  • 2. Marinate potatoes with besan,rice flour,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt,chat masala,ginger paste,chopped green garlic,carom seeds and onion seeds.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the potatoes and green chilly and strain it.Serve hot with tea.
