How to make Crispy Poha and Potato Triangle Recipe

First of all wash the poha thoroughly. Now soak it in a bowl for 1 minute so that it becomes soft.

Sieve it in a sieve and leave it for 2-3 minutes so that all its water drains out.
3.
Now knead it well with your hands and make it like a dough.
4.
Mash the potatoes well. Mix the poha flour and potatoes well. Now add all the spices and wheat flour to it.
5.
This masala should not be giddy, if needed, add a little wheat flour and mix it.
6.
Now put oil on it and set the dough well. Keep covered for 5-10 minutes. Let the oil heat up.
7.
Now take a big ball out of this dough. Now apply dry wheat flour and roll it into round roti with a rolling pin. There are a little thick rolls.
8.
Now cut this roti in triangle shape. Now take them down. On low and medium flame. Serve hot triangle with green chutney. ....Jai Mata Di...Meetu Garg.....
