Ingredients For Cucumber Raita

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl add curd and sugar. Mix and whisk. Keep it in refrigerator.
  • 2. Peel the cucumber. Cut its upper portion . Taste it . Now grate the cucumber.
  • 3. Now add this grated cucumber in whisked curd. Add all the remaining ingredients. Mix it well.
  • 4. If needed add water 1-2 tsp to adjust the consistency.
  • 5. Transfer it in serving bowl. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
